Carrie McAlister
Carrie is a top producing Realtor® with Red Oak Realty and the Company-wide Top Producer for 2008. Carrie’s business is primarily based on client referrals. Her sales have been in the top 1% nationally over the last five years. Prior to real estate, Carrie worked in management consulting and international economic development. She has lived and worked in countries throughout Latin America and the Middle East. As a management consultant, Carrie has negotiated contracts for companies including American Express and News Corporation. Carrie also worked for several years in new resort finance with Marriott Corporation. Carrie applies the strategic planning, finance and negotiation techniques obtained in her years as a management consultant to benefit her clients in their real estate transactions.
A California native, Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Carrie is currently a CCIM Candidate. She lives with her husband and two daughters in North Berkeley.
