BERKELEY
Berkeley brims with adventures and authentic experiences. A multitude of unique public parks and gardens, as well as museums for all ages are easy to find in this enthralling, eco-centric city. Year round farmers' markets, bountiful with fresh and locally-grown produce, are here to explore; as well as the culinary adventures from a diverse and extensive selection of restaurants. oakland
Oakland has something special for absolutely everyone. Street festivals, happy hours, gallery openings, farmers' markets, restaurant tours, hiking trails, historic sites, and community celebrations are just a few of the boundless events that take place in this city full of heart and passion. It's great to explore with kids, a partner, or solo. With so many charming neighborhoods (and even more on the rise), it's easy to fall in love with the perfect place for you here.
PIEDMONT
Hidden in the beautiful Oakland Hills, Piedmont offers a small-town atmosphere with an excellent climate and excellent public schools. Its quiet, tree-lined streets lead to stately mansions and comfortable family homes built in the early 20th century. Piedmont is a small city that puts a premium on quality family life. With five city parks, children’s playground, public tennis courts and picnic facilities, it is a place where community residents enjoy a suburban lifestyle, just minutes away from the shopping, dining and nightlife of Oakland.

Nestled in the hills near Berkeley and Tilden Park, is beautiful Kensington. A small town feel with great neighbors and a community that is safe, peaceful, and quieter than the cities it shares it's borders with. Two quaint shopping districts provide the community with local goods, and friendly, hospitable service. Kensington is a superb location to raise a family or find tranquility away from the ever growing bustle of the East Bay. You'll feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

Breath-taking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and beautiful sunsets are a daily treasure if you have a home in the El Cerrito Hills. Close to the entertainment of the surrounding cities, yet far enough to give you space and relaxation away from congested traffic and noise. El Cerrito is a wonderful place to put in some roots; prices have been increasing steadily with market projections to continue rising. Don't let this gem of an area become a missed opportunity.
